The GEC is in partnership with with the OSSE Dual Enrollment Consortium Program which allows participating high school students to enroll in approved college courses at a postsecondary institution and potentially earn college and/or high school credit. Qualifying GEC students have an opportunity to attend a college class at no cost to them while attending the GEC. This class will count for both 1 credit toward their High School diploma and 3 credits towards a college degree. Students must have senior status, a minimum 2.5 GPA, and no attendance issues. Participating colleges include University of the District of Columbia, Trinity Washington University, and The Catholic University of America. Please contact Joe McDonald, CCR Manager for more information.
