May 2nd, 2024
Dear GEC Family:
Congratulations on a successful Term 4! We are proud of all the growth and achievements we have seen throughout our GEC community this term. Thank you for your continued commitment and dedication to your learning and graduation goals! It is so important that we continue to celebrate our success and the accomplishments on the journey towards our big goals.
As we celebrate every student, we also want to celebrate our entire school as we receive official notification of our Middle States Accreditation! This is such amazing news as a true testament to the tremendous community we have at GEC. Congrats to all the GEC Family on this big accomplishment!

This is a tremendous opportunity to engage with local employers, colleges and universities, and community resources. More information will be shared from the College and Career Readiness Team during the next few weeks.
I want to wish everyone a wonderful break between terms as you take time to prepare for Term 5. To our seniors, you are about to begin your final term at GEC, and we are truly excited for you! On behalf of the entire GEC community, I thank you again – all students and staff – for your commitment to GEC and all you bring to GEC to make it such a special space where everyone can excel.
I look forward to seeing everyone as we return on May 12th for Term 5! As always, please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns.
