Kendra Howard is the Lead Academic Success Coach at The Goodwill Excel Center, where she combines her background in social work, community resources, and coaching to empower adult learners. A licensed Social Worker with eight years of diverse experience, she specializes in case management and is trained in trauma-informed care, bringing a compassionate and strategic approach to every interaction.
